Suzanne Zazulak Pedro was reared in the Deep South where elegance. pageantry and adherence to tradition was the mainstay. Nee´ a la Nouvelle Ơrlean (New Orleans, Louisiana) was her first foray into the world of etiquette.
She has combined her educational endeavors in psychology and law, to cultivated the skills to recognize and extract the goodness in others.
Suzanne is certified by The American School of Protocol in corporate and children's etiquette, and has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Loyola University of the South. She has furthered her education with graduate studies in Forensics, Law and Criminal Justice.
To provide further service to her clients, she also is a Certified Professional Coach(CPC) and member of the International Association of Coaching (IAC.)
She has pioneered her expertise in the art of business and social finesse with valid psychological and scientific applications for an "AVANT GARDE" approach to ETIQUETTE.
Suzanne has had the immense opportunity to transverse many continents and participate in the customs and cultures of a global society.
Besides being a member for the International Protocol and Etiquette Professionels Society(ISPEPS), Camridge's Who's Who Among Business Professionals, USA Honor Society, she has established a non-profit organization "BeePoised" for the development of valuable life-skills for disadvantaged children and adults.
As Chief Officer of Protocol for her town, Suzanne, also is a contributing etiquette columnist for several publications, an expert author for ezinearticles.com, and volunteers as a social grace and etiquette consultant for allexperts.com.
She is currently anticipating her release as co-author of "Executive Etiquette Power" in September 2009 from Power Dynamics Publishing.
